Dear Parents,

      Thank you for considering St. Joan of Arc Catholic School for your child’s education.  We would be honored to assist you in fostering a spiritual and educational foundation for your child.

Established in 1961 by the Dominican Sisters, Joan of Arc School continues the tradition of the pursuit of excellence through Christ in serving children in grades PreK3 through 8th grade. The school is accredited by the State of Louisiana and by SACS.  The philosophy of our school is based on meeting the emerging needs of the “whole child” – spiritually, academically, socially and physically.  We have an unmatched variety of curricular and extracurricular programs to accomplish this in an elementary school setting.

I am privileged to have been a part of the St. Joan of Arc family for 30 years, having served as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal.  Many faculty members have been with me since I started teaching, and many others were my own students who have returned here to teach.  I invite your family to become a part of our family.
